Review and recommend

I will quickly develop a deep understanding of the context you are operating in, through desk research, data analysis, staff interviews, and facilitated workshops. When it comes to fundraising there is no one size fits all, which is why I take time to understand my clients to make considered recommendations, supported by my experience of what works.

Onboard and embed

I will work closely with your staff and senior stakeholders to arrive at solutions together, so that everyone is on board with the changes and new tactics needed, to deliver strategic objectives successfully and sustainably.
